Please note: All items are custom-made specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ledbettercollective@gmail.com.

2. Include your order number and a photo of the damage.

3. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
