    • Standard Shipping (Orders totaling $0-$69.99): $6.95

    • Standard Shipping (Orders totaling $70.00-$149.99): $9.95

    • Free Shipping: on orders over $150

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Standard shipping delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

4. Shipping Address

  • Ledbetter Collective is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Ledbetter Collective is not responsible for lost packages once delivered by the carrier.
